Dates and Times:
- Wednesday, 7th July 2021, from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon
- Wednesday, 4th August 2021, from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon
- Wednesday, 1st September 2021, from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon
Female riders of all types of bikes are invited to register the classes which are being run in collaboration with Bren Bikes staff and volunteers.
We aim to share with you some hints and tips on setting up your bike for comfort and a few necessary maintenance tasks related to tyres, brakes, gears and drivetrain, with the objective of getting your bike running smoothly. Steve Fidler, the workshop supervisor at Bren Bikes, will demonstrate techniques for you and volunteers will assist.
Preparation: Please turn up with a bike, and a spare inner tube (if the bike has a flat tyre). Please bring a few Allen keys, spanners (8, 9 10, 11, 13, 15mm) and tyre levers, if you have them. Note that this activity will take place in the open air so please dress accordingly if the weather is poor.
Each class is limited to 20 participants, so book now to reserve your place by using the button below.
